    • Click and Collect: If you have not yet collected the item, please contact your collection store to cancel this order.

    • Delivery: If the order has not been dispatched, then we will make every effort to cancel the order before this occurs.

    • Whilst we make every effort to accommodate customer cancellation requests, sometimes this may not be possible and depends on the timing of the request being submitted and processed and the stage of the order fulfilment process.
