Delivery Order Processing Times
We have seen significant growth in the number of online orders - with an increase in customers choosing to receive their orders via our online delivery service. We are doing our very best to process the large volume of orders being received, with the below being put in place to try and accommodate the number of orders.- Moved to a new ecommerce fulfillment hub to reduce ecommerce processing times.
- Increasing the number of staff processing ecommerce orders and working longer hours - including weekends.
