Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic and lockdowns, we are making a number of changes to how we do business to ensure you can stay safe and continue to keep your cars on the road.

It’s crucial we do our best to continue serving and supporting our communities, whilst maintaining the need to protect the health and wellbeing of our customers and team members.

What We are Doing In Store

  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning in stores
  • Safe Hygiene Practices
  • Maintaining Social Distancing
  • Making all efforts toward contactless product collection practices

Delivery Order Processing Times

We have seen significant growth in the number of online orders - with an increase in customers choosing to receive their orders via our online delivery service.

We are doing our very best to process the large volume of orders being received, with the below being put in place to try and accommodate the number of orders.
 
  • Moved to a new ecommerce fulfillment hub to reduce ecommerce processing times.
  • Increasing the number of staff processing ecommerce orders and working longer hours - including weekends.

Australia Post Delays

Whilst we are making every effort to get the orders our on time, we rely on Australia Post to perform the actual delivery.

Unfortunately, Australia Post are also affected by this pandemic and as a result, delivery services are experiencing some delay however, we understand trust that Australia Post is doing their absolute best to get through the issues and deliver to our shared, valuable customers..
