DESCRIPTION

PENNZOIL® STREET MACHINE 20W-50 Motor Oil is a premium quality, higher viscosity multigrade oil designed for use in high performance and street applications, particularly V8 and turbo charged engines. PENNZOIL®STREET MACHINE 20W-50 is blended from highly refined base oil and an advanced technology additive system. PENNZOIL®STREET MACHINE 20W-50 is rated SL for petrol engines, and exceeds the performance requirements of petrol engine vehicles where SE, SF, SG, SH or SJ quality oils are specified. It is particularly suitable if the engine or rings are worn or if oil consumption is a problem with lighter viscosity grades. For methanol or nitromethane fueled engines, GT Performance Racing Oils are recommended.

APPLICATION

PENNZOIL® STREET MACHINE 20W-50 is formulated to retain excellent oil pressure and film strength in larger capacity performance engines, particularly 6 and 8 cylinder big block motors. The SAE 20W-50 viscosity grade provides better cold temperature flow properties than mono-grade SAE 50 rated lubricants. This means easier cold starting without sacrificing high temperature performance applicable to Australian conditions. Viscosity recommendations vary according to temperature and engine manufacturer. If unsure, consult the vehicle owner's manual for the correct viscosity choice.
